Shipping policy

Made to order

Nothing at Par & Pine sits in a warehouse. Each item is printed when you order it, so every order has a short production window before it ships.

Production time: 2–7 business days, depending on the item. Apparel is usually quickest; drinkware and posters take a little longer.

Shipping time after production: 3–5 business days within the United States.

Most orders arrive within 5–12 business days total. Orders placed during holidays or sales may take longer, and we will say so on the site when that happens.

Your order may arrive in more than one parcel

We work with specialist printers — the shop that prints a soft cotton tee is not always the shop that makes a tumbler. If you buy across categories, your items can be produced in different facilities and may arrive separately, on different days, with different tracking numbers.

This is normal and you are never charged extra for it. If one parcel arrives and another has not shown up within a few days, check for a second tracking email before worrying.

Tracking

You will get a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as each parcel leaves the facility. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show movement.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only. We hope to add international shipping later — if you are outside the US and want to be told when we do, email support@parandpine.com.

Addresses

We print the address exactly as entered at checkout. Please check it carefully — an incorrect address is the most common cause of a delayed order, and parcels returned to sender need to be reshipped at your cost.
