Welcome to Par & Pine. By using this site or placing an order you agree to these terms. This site is operated by Kimlay Ventures LLC dba Par & Pine, 501 E Main St, Suite D, Palmyra, PA 17078 ("we", "us", "Par & Pine").
Ordering
Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we accept when we send your confirmation. We may refuse or cancel any order — for example if an item is mispriced, unavailable, or an order looks fraudulent. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund it in full.
Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. Taxes are calculated at checkout where they apply.
Made-to-order items
Every item is produced after purchase. Please read our Refund Policy before ordering — returns for change of mind or incorrect size are not accepted, while defects, misprints and damage are always replaced or refunded.
Printed colors can vary slightly from what you see on screen, and garment placement can shift a small amount between items. This is normal for printed apparel and is not a defect.
Our designs
All artwork, graphics, product photography, and copy on this site are original works owned by Par & Pine and protected by copyright. You are buying the physical product, not the design.
You may not reproduce our designs, use them commercially, or resell our products as your own without written permission. We are a small independent brand and we take this seriously.
Your account and conduct
If you create an account, you are responsible for your login and for what happens under it. Do not use the site to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, or interfere with the site's operation.
Accuracy
We work to keep product descriptions, sizing, pricing, and availability accurate, but we do not warrant that everything on the site is error-free. If we discover an error affecting your order, we will contact you before proceeding.
Third parties
Our products are produced and shipped by third-party printing partners, and payments are processed by Shopify Payments. Their handling of your information is covered by our Privacy Policy and their own terms.
Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States.
